Office Hours: Monday – Sunday, 9AM – 6 PM. Hours are subject to change based on the time of year.

RV/Tent Check-in: 1pm and
Cabin Check-in: 3pm.

Check-out time is promptly at 11:00 a.m.

After-Hours Arrivals: Late arrival packets are in the White MailBox by the Camp Store/Ranger Station and will have your name on it with directions to your site/cabin.

Cancellation / Refund Policies

Multiple bookings under one person will incur fees associated with each individual site.

Tent Site Rentals: Cancellations 6 days or more from scheduled arrival will be refunded less a $35.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 5 days of scheduled arrival will not receive a refund.

RV Site Rentals: Cancellations 15 days or more from scheduled arrival will be refunded less a $35 cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 14 days of scheduled arrival will not receive a refund.

Cabins: Cancellations 31 days or more from scheduled arrival will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 30 days of scheduled arrival will not receive a refund.

We do not provide refunds against any monthly deposit due to cancellation, change of site rental terms, or date change.

Holiday Reservations:
All sites, including cabins, require a minimum 3-night reservation and deposit. These time frames include Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day time frames. The reservation must encompass the holiday itself.

Site Rules for All Guests of Jellystone Park

Please keep your site clean, neat, and orderly.
Do not use nails to attach clothes lines. Bungee cord or rope welcome.
No personal undergarments are permitted to be hung outdoors. Please use washers/dryers for these items.
Do not cut down ANY tree on Jellystone Park property.
Only customary camping supplies are allowed. Tarps are not allowed on extended-stay guests’ RVs.
Absolutely no work-related equipment OR vehicles at your site or on the grounds.
No automotive mechanic work allowed on site.
The American Flag, Sports Affiliated Flags, and flags with a delightful picture and/or family name are welcome.
All other flag descriptions are not welcome on Jellystone Park’s private property.
This is a private campground. We reserve the right to change and/or interpret our “Terms and Conditions” to maintain a comfortable destination camping environment for all.

Reservation Responsibility

The responsible party must be a registered guest age 21 years or older. A credit/debit card and deposit are required for registration purposes.

Cabin Details

We do not provide any linens for our cabins. Guests should bring all linens, blankets, comforters,towels and pillows. All mattresses are lined with a protective cover; however, they are meant to be covered with a guest’s personal sheets brought by the guest(s).

Additional guests must provide their own bedding, sleeping bag, and/or mattress pad arrangements. If damage occurs, the registered guest on file is responsible for all expenses incurred to repair the damage.

$25.00 Fee for keys that are not returned.

Tent Details

No more than 2 tents, in total, on any tent site rental. No more than 4 adults per site. At this time, we have no maximum number of children allowed per site BUT each site is limited to a total of 8 guests.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am Children and teenagers are required to be with Parent(s) and/or guardians after dark.

Bicycles

For their safety, children MUST be off their bicycles when the security lights come on. Persons 16 and younger are required by the state of Alabama to wear a helmet.

Vehicle Policy

We allow two vehicles per site. Exceptions made are subject to management’s discretion only. Any person operating a motorized vehicle in this park must be a licensed driver and have the license on his/her person. One motorcycle is welcome in addition to
the two vehicles.

Battery-Operated Vehicles

Children’s battery-operated vehicles are welcome to be ridden within the park area only. RVs are not able to see children riding these vehicles therefore an adult must be present with the child when riding. These vehicles must be put away when security lights come on.

Golf Carts/Gators/ Rangers

Same rules apply as with motorized vehicles. ATV’S, 3-Wheelers or 4-Wheelers are not permitted on Jellystone Park premises.

Bathrooms

We ask for your cooperation in keeping the restrooms and showers neat and tidy at all times. Please report any untidiness or unsafe conditions to the office so it may be addressed immediately. Please accompany young children in need of parental guidance to the restroom locations.

Laundry

Please use HE (High Efficiency) detergent only. Please place soap PODS in the washer not the dispenser. Do not wash pet bedding, pet blankets, or pet clothing in our washers. *Please remain with clothes or be on time to maintain personal clothing when the cycle is finished. Clothes left in the washer(s) / dryer(s) for extended periods of time will be removed by management, and placed on the laundry folding table for pickup.

Smoking / Vaping / Alcoholic Beverages

*Pool Area, Playground, Store, Restrooms, are smoke, vape FREE areas for the health and wellness of our families and children. Please can your butts and help keep our park litter-free. All alcoholic beverage cans and bottles must be covered when out of your own campsite.

Pool Area

***NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY***. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian over the age of 18. Any person(s) adult or child who is known to have visible open sores is not permitted to swim in the pool. This is to include sores of the mouth, face, and/or body. Pool use is for registered and paid guests only. No food / glass bottles / smoking / vaping / or alcoholic beverages allowed in the pool area at any time.

Speed Limit

5 mph. Strictly enforced. Please follow ALL posted speed limit signs as the gravel is slippery. We expect all guests to take extra precautions and watch out for children.

Conduct

Registered guest(s) is/are aware that the credit card on file will be charged for damages caused by neglect or intentional abuse of or
theft of Yogi Bear’s Jellystone RV Park Camp Resort property. We reserve the right to dismiss/evict anyone violating the common rules of good camping, destroying property, or creating a disturbance. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring that their children and guests observe all rules at all times.

Around Your Campsite

Storage of household items & kitchen appliances strictly prohibited, i.e. tools, household goods, “junk.” This includes but is not limited to washers, dryers, refrigerators, and freezers. We do not allow camping tents, picnic table tents, storage buildings, or carports to be used as storage locations on your site. We welcome one single outdoor rug, not to be placed over any current or potential grass-covered area. We reserve the right to request the removal of additional rugs or an unreasonably sized rug. Indoor rugs are NOT permitted for outdoor use.

Pet Policy

Common courtesy regarding guests with pets is expected. Pets are to be kept on a leash at all times for the safety of ALL pets and/or guests. Pet droppings are to be picked up immediately and disposed of appropriately. No pet fencing that attaches to the ground. We welcome free-standing pet fences.

Trash

All garbage must be securely sealed and placed by the road no later than 9 a.m. Please do not leave your trash bags outside overnight as to limit strays and wild animals from using our park as a food source.
